All Sales Final

At Fantasy Gifts we have a very stringent return policy due to the intimate nature of our products. Once an item leaves the store we cannot be assured that it hasn’t been tampered with or compromised in some way. It is our duty as an adult retailer to protect both customers and staff. This is why we have a long tradition of an all sales final policy, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect found within 7 days before the item is used.

In the event a product has touched any naked naughty bits, please do not bring it into store locations, we will not take them back.  As you can imagine, handling items that have been used (even briefly) is not something we would ask our employees to do.  Aside from the inherent ick factor in handling things that have been exposed to unfamiliar genitalia, there are also serious health risks and biological containments to safeguard against.  It is for the safety of all involved that we have this policy in place and we thank you for respecting it.

If a toy gets used, you still have options without bringing it back to us.
Most of the major toy companies we carry offer warranties through their website. They usually require proof of purchase so make sure to save the receipt and packaging for the product. Register your item online; coverage does vary with company and item.

We cannot take back toys because you or your partner did not like or expect the toy.  Again, for the safety of everyone involved we could not resell something even if it appears to be unopened or unused. Customers are encouraged to have staff open boxes before purchasing in order for you to see exactly what you are bringing home. We are more then happy to put in batteries and check out products strength and functions.
It is always a good idea to have an honest but light conversation with your partner before bringing a toy into the relationship.

 If you get home and have trouble turning the toy on for the first time there are a few tricks to try. Waterproof toys need the caps to be on very tight for the toy to work.  Give it an extra twist. Always try a fresh set of batteries before calling it quits on a new friend, especially smaller toys that come with batteries already in them. If it won’t start try batteries all different ways, no matter what a diagram may say. Bullets with batteries included often have a disc of plastic to keep it from charging. Some toys also have a sleeve of plastic or paper the length of the battery compartment. In many of these toys, it will not work properly without this sleeve.  Some high end toys require you to hold down the on button for a few seconds before it turns on. Most products do come with instructions that we suggest reading before use.

If those do not work- and the toy is unused- bring it back into the store with your receipt and packaging within seven days of date of purchase. Our staff will take a look and in the case of a manufacturer’s defect we will gladly provide you with a replacement item or store credit. At Fantasy Gifts we strive to bring you the very best products in a full range of price and design. Our vendors are industry leaders, but even then a few defective toys do slip through the cracks. If it does, please bring it back before use and within 7 days with your receipt so that we can make it right. 

 

With movies, video must be determined defective by office staff before a credit for replacement is given. This is due to a rampant number of movies being returned that worked just fine. Unfortunatly, you cannot return a movie because you did not enjoy it.

 

Lingerie can be exchanged unworn with tags attached to be replaced by a differerent size only.

 

Novelties, games, books, lubes and lotion also fall under the all sales final policy.
